This Gustavian Painted Bench is an elegant and sophisticated design. The Gustavian's growing popularity has inspired an extensive and authentic range based on designs from the 18th century originals.
Our Gustavian furniture is hand-finished in either a warm Nordic grey or a cream finish. The Nordic grey is achieved using a seven-stage process of staining, painting, waxing, distressing and sealing to ensure that the character and individuality of every piece is maintained. The cream finish is courtesy of a specialist paint techniques that produce an elegant and attractive "dragged" finish to complement the period.
