Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Blue Angels Furniture website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2. Delivery can be made to addresses world-wide. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. This person must be the person who ordered the item at his/her registered address. Delivery prices shown on the site apply to mainland UK delivery addresses only. We can deliver overseas, please contact us for a quote.

3. Estimated delivery timescales are specified in the ordering and delivery page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

4. We'll only take payment from your credit card at the time when we have checked stock availability and goods are ready for despatch. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods,we'll inform you of this as soon as possible.

5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we're unable to contact you we'll treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you've already paid for the goods, you'll receive a full refund.

6. We do file details of your order. Please read our privacy policy for details of how these can be obtained.

7. Payment can be made by any method specified on the ordering & delivery page. We'll take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we're negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
